For the past 24 years, the Nightingale Awards for Nursing have honored and celebrated exemplary individuals in the nursing profession. In addition, they have benefited students with scholarships and faculty with research support to ensure that,
"nursing education remains on the cutting edge which will improve the lives and safety of the patients and their families with whom they work."
The awards will handed out at a special dinner on May 9, 2013. Congratulations to Lisa Astalos Chism!
